Online or on the phone, choose a time that suits you
Easy arrival
We have on-site parking, right at the front door. Please bring cats in cages and dogs on lead.
A warm welcome
Our friendly team will greet you and help confirm that we have all of your contact details and your pet’s history.
A thorough, gentle examination
We use calm, low stress handling (and lots of treats) so we can examine your pet properly.
We listen first
Our experienced, compassionate vets will listen and ask questions to understand your concerns and start working out what your pet needs.
Enough time
We run by appointment, and have 30 minute consultations as standard, so we can run on time without rushing anyone.
Ongoing care:
We don’t just treat and send you home. We follow up to make sure that your pet is improving and you feel supported.
Clear options and plan:
Once we have all the information, we will explain the findings and discuss investigation and treatment options, taking into account your budget, time and any other concerns or considerations you have.
