Continuing Safety Practices - COVID-19

Thank you for your patience and understanding, we are working to ensure the health and well-being of our team, customers and your beloved pets as we face the challenges. 

We are proactively working to ensure your safety and that of our team. Increased cleaning and minimal contact procedures. Face-to-face consultations are as usual by appointment, with 1 person only attending the consultation, we can also assist you and your pet, by offering other options for our consultations. 
What you can do to help keep us all safe: 

  • Please do not attend the clinic if you are unwell.

  • Limit the number of people accompanying your pet to one person per pet. We appreciate there may be circumstances where this is not possible – please let us know prior to arriving if this is the case. 

  • Where possible please use credit cards or EFTPOS for payment to reduce the need to handle money. 

  • Please ring and pre-order medications or food you require to reduce time you spend in the clinic. We can bring this out to the car for you or generate a safe code for collection from the locked box on the side of the building.


In line with current government direction we have a Service NSW QR code, please scan before you enter or on entry. If you do not have a smartphone, please sign the register located on the reception counter as you enter.

With the current Greater Sydney situation, whilst it is not currently essential, if you wish please feel free to wear a face covering prior to entering the building. We are not wearing face coverings as a standard at the moment, if you would like us to do so, we will, please just ask  

We are continuing to do what we can to provide quality service to you and your pet and reduce the risk to both our customers and team members. 
We will continue to follow contemporary advice and will keep you updated as things change.
