Continuing Safety Practices - COVID-19

Thank you for your patience and understanding, we are working to ensure the health and well-being of our team, customers and your beloved pets as we face the challenges. 


We are proactively working to ensure your safety and that of our team. Increased cleaning and minimal contact procedures. We are back doing face-to-face consultations for double-vaccinated clients with only 1 person in the consult. Appointments are as usual. If you are unvaccinated, we can also assist you and your pet, by offering other options for our consultations, including car-park consultations and telemedicine consults, depending on your pets needs. For usual consultations - please check in with the QR code on the board outside the front door of the clinic, return and stay in your car and call the clinic to let us know you have arrived. We will then come out to you.
 
What you can do to help keep us all safe: 

  • Please do not attend the clinic if you are unwell.

  • Ensure you have proof of double-vaccination with you, we will need to confirm this prior to you entering our premises.

  • Limit the number of people accompanying your pet to one person per pet. We appreciate there may be circumstances where this is not possible – please let us know prior to arriving if this is the case. 

  • Where possible please use credit cards or EFTPOS for payment to reduce the need to handle money. 

  • Please ring and pre-order medications or food you require. We can bring this out to the car for you or generate a safe code for collection from the locked box on the side of the building.

In line with current government direction we have a Service NSW QR code, please scan on arrival at the clinic. If you do not have a smartphone, please organise with staff to sign the register located on the reception counter.

With the continuing Greater Sydney situation, it is essential to wear a face covering. We are wearing face coverings as a standard at the moment. Although we are not having unvaccinated clients in the building, we are taking every precaution to protect our staff and our clients.  

 
We are continuing to do what we can to provide quality service to you and your pet and reduce the risk to both our customers and team members. 
 
We will continue to follow contemporary advice and will keep you updated as things change.
